On 15th November 2024, more than 1,300 guests from across the housebuilding community gathered into the Grosvenor House Hotel on London’s Park Lane for the 44th WhatHouse? Awards.
Standout winners from the day include City and Country who took home the coveted Housebuilder of the Year award; Dandara who won gold in the Build to Rent category; Churchill Living for Best Retirement Developer and Greencore Homes for Best Sustainable Development, to name but a few.
The event was hosted by actor James Nesbitt who brought energy, humour and Irish charm to proceedings, keeping the crowd thoroughly entertained throughout the afternoon.
