Emma Trinder, Audley Group
Luxury retirement village provider Audley Group has announced the appointment of Emma Trinder as planning director, to lead the planning team across all Audley and Mayfield villages within the UK and report directly to managing director Kevin Shaw. Emma joins from ETG Consulting, with previous roles at Moorfield Group, JLL and Drivers Jonas.
Stephen Downing, Principle Estate Management
Principle Estate Management has appointed Stephen Downing, a property manager with some 14 years of industry experience, to look after some of its larger and more complex developments. His is a new role which has been created as the Birmingham-based company passed the 200 mark in the number of developments it manages across the country.
Three appointments, Ascent Homes
Northumberland housebuilder Ascent Homes has appointed three new members of staff. Steven Bowers has joined the firm as in the role of head of design & technical, while Sylvia Oldham and Victoria Hawley have both been appointed as sales executives. Sylvia said: “When I saw the ethos of Ascent, I knew I wanted to be a part of this fantastic company.”
Two appointments, AO Business
After a successful six months in the market, securing contracts for appliances at around 12,000 plots, AO Business has welcomed two new team members to strengthen its housebuilder team. Gary Holt and Andrew Robinson have both started as business development managers: Holt covers the South of England and Robinson the North and Scotland.
