Southampton’s first purpose-built rental apartments are launching soon offering long-term tenancy agreements and a host of amenities.
The Bow Square development, where Bernard Street meets Queensway, is a collaboration between Rockspring Property Investment Managers LLP and Atlas Residential. The collection of 279 brand new one and two bedroom flats will be available for rent, with 109 homes available from September 2017.
Bow Square will offer hotel-style services, including a fully equipped residents lounge offering a stylish and comfortable space to meet and socialise with friends and other residents, free communal wifi, use of a business centre for printing and computer access, a games & TV room and a fitness room. There will also be a team of on-site property managers and resident service associates.
