Radian Group and A2Dominion drop partnership talks

The bosses of Radian Group and A2Dominion have walked away from plans to form a partnership.

The Boards of Radian Group Limited and A2Dominion Housing Group Limited had been in discussions to form a partnership talks since November. Between them the two groups own and manage 57,000 homes in London and the South of England. Both parties have the mutual goal of wanting to increase the number of new homes built in London and the South of England.

However, they have decided it would be best to achieve this separately. “In reviewing the options, the groups have mutually agreed that at this stage it would be preferable to continue to deliver their respective strategic plans and transformation programmes independently,” a statement said.
