Caroline Owen, CALA Homes

Caroline Owen, CALA HomesCALA Homes (Midlands) has announced the appointment of Caroline Owen as senior planning manager. Her17 years’ experience in the planning sector has seen her responsible for securing consents for a number of large sites throughout London, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire as well as working in state planning departments in Sydney, Australia.

 

George Baffoe-Djan, Galliard Homes

George Baffoe-Djan, Galliard HomesGalliard Homes has appointed a new head of strategic partnerships. George Baffoe-Djan, who began his career in the industry with Galliard as a graduate trainee 20 years ago, will work with local authorities, land owners, agents, and housing associations across London and the South West. He has previously worled for Mace, Bellway Homes and Barratt Homes.

 

Laurie Robinson, Bede Homes

Laurie Robinson, Bede HomesBede Homes has appointed Laurie Robinson as customer care manager. She joins from Taylor Wimpey in Manchester, where she spent six years as customer relations manager. She has previously worked in the North East for Keepmoat, McInerney Homes and Simpson & Gregg. She said: “I was looking for a company who would provide me with a new challenge.”

 

Two appointments, Savills

Adam Simmonds and Becca Howard, SavillsSavills has expanded its Super Prime London Residential Development Sales team with two new hires, both of whom are returning to Savills having worked for the firm previously. Adam Simmonds joins as director with a decade’s experience in the property industry. Becca Howard also joins the team having spent three years working for boutique developer Pocket Living.

 

Esme Williams, Principle Estate Management

Esme Williams, Principle Estate ManagementPrinciple Estate Management has rewarded a top science graduate with a full-time position after she excelled when she first worked with them on a temporary contract. Esme Williams was initially employed to fill in for an apprentice who was off work. She has been taken on in new full-time role as a business integration assistant.
