We take our weekly look at some of the appointments and promotions across the housebuilding industry and its supply chain.

Mark Wilson, Stonebridge Homes

Mark Wilson, Stonebridge HomesStonebridge Homes has announced the appointment of Mark Wilson to the role of land director for the northeast region. He joins with over 25 years’ experience of the residential market, working for both private and public sector organisations. Mark is a RICS chartered surveyor with previous director roles at Avant Homes, Charles Church and Home Group.

 

Paul Devaney, Lovell Partnerships

Paul Devaney, Lovell PartnershipsLovell Partnerships has welcomed Paul Devaney to the team as its area director for the North East. He has acquired more than 33 years’ experience in the industry, having previously worked for Avant Homes, Persimmon Homes and Keepmoat Homes. He said: “I’m delighted to be starting the next chapter of my career with Lovell and can’t wait to get stuck into my new role.”

 

Two appointments, Bellway

Gabriella Iandico and Megan Walsh, BellwayBellway has appointed two women as assistant site managers, one still in training. Gabriella Iandico is working at Henhurst Fields in her hometown of Burton upon Trent, Staffordshire, while Megan Walsh, who’s originally from Leicestershire, is based at Cuttle Brook in Chellaston, Derbyshire. The pair, who are both aged 27, are employed by Bellway’s East Midlands division.

 

Emma Farrier, Shanly Homes

Emma Farrier, Shanly HomesShanly Homes has welcomed Emma Farrier as senior marketing manager to its expanding team in Beaconsfield. Emma joins the housebuilder with almost 20 years’ experience in marketing, gained across a variety of sectors. Her last role was at Strutt and Parker for almost seven years, gaining a wealth of knowledge in the real estate industry.

 

Mark Phelan, Moores

Mark Phelan, MooresMark Phelan has joined kitchen manufacturer Moores as head of customer experience, a newly created role which sits within the senior management team. He has had a diverse career working across varied sectors including financial services, the hairdressing industry, global distribution and housebuilding.

 

Two appointments, Modulous

Correy Voo and Chris Hartiss, ModulousConstruction technology company Modulous has appointed former UBS and Bank of America C-suite executive Correy Voo and former-Canary Wharf Group head of design Chris Hartiss as chief technology officer and design director respectively. CEO Chris Bone said: “We look forward to working with them both.”
