Chris Loizou, Living Space HousingSolihull-based Living Space Housing has brought in Chris Loizou as land and partnerships director. He joins from Owl Homes, where he held the position of land and partnerships director from August 2019. He has previously held roles at Partner Construction, Galliford Try Partnerships, Family Housing Association, Concept Development Solutions and Barratt Homes.

 

Dan Forrester, Bellway

Dan Forrester, BellwayBellway South Midlands has appointed a new land director. He joins after working at CALA Homes for eight years, where he was the regional land director for the Midlands region. “This role is a great opportunity to be part of a growing business and I look forward to bolstering Bellway’s offering in the region and scaling up the business to its full potential.”

 

Adam Mooij. Churchill Retirement Living

Adam Mooij. Churchill Retirement LivingChurchill Retirement Living has appointed a regional managing director for its new North of England region. A PwC-trained chartered accountant, he brings with him a wealth of sector knowledge and experience, having previously held various senior roles at McCarthy Stone, including leading its North West business. He has also worked for Countrywide.

 

Paul Wright, Gentoo Group

Paul Wright, Gentoo GroupGentoo Group has appointed Paul Wright as its new finance director. He joins from the SAFC Foundation of Light, where he was director of finance and support services. He has more than 28 years’ experience working in finance roles across a number of different sectors including Nissan, Akzo Nobel, Carrier Rental Systems and Toshiba.

 

Charlie Steele, SevenCapital

Charlie Steele, SevenCapitalSevenCapital has added Charlie Steele to its Birmingham team as development manager. He has more than nine years’ development experience in and around Birmingham, advising both public and private sector organisations. Of his new position, he said:  “I’m looking forward to helping to drive their investment in the city and across the Midlands even further.”
