Jon Love, Orbit Homes
Orbit Homes has appointed Jon Love to the role of construction director for Orbit Homes South. He joins from City & Country and brings with him a wealth of construction and regeneration experience, including Berkley’s major regeneration schemes Royal Arsenal in Woolwich and Gun Wharf Keys in Portsmouth. He has also worked with Wilmott Dixon and Barratt Homes.
Mark Tredwell, REDD
London-Monaco property company REDD have appointed Mark Tredwell as head of development to manage the company’s growing Prime Central London residential development property portfolio. With experience that spans over 20 years, he joins being director at Oar Estates. Before that, he worked as residential project director during his 13 years at Grosvenor.
Shreya Lakhani, Rendall & Rittner
Residential managing agent Rendall & Rittner has appointed Shreya Lakhani to the new role of property team manager for the South Midlands. She joins from chartered surveyor Fifield Glyn with almost six years’ experience in residential property management. She said: “I am thrilled to join the team.”
Shannon Hamer, Yourkeys
Proptech firm Yourkeys has appointed Shannon Hamer to the role of chief operating officer. She has created and led customer success and sales functions across the Financial Times, RELX Group, Diligent Corporation and, most recently, at Landmark Information Group. She said: “The opportunity to join the fast-growing, innovative and agile team at Yourkeys is hugely exciting.”
Verka Hammond, Ringley Group
Property consultancy Ringley Group has appointed Verka Hammond as the chief operations officer (COO) of Ringley Final Accounts Solutions, a new business division. She joins from Warwick Estates Property Management, where she was chief financial officer for four years. In her new role she will be reporting to Mary-Anne Bowring, founder and group managing director at Ringley.
Steve Goodall, e.surv
e.surv has appointed Steve Goodall as MD. He has formerly been chief executive of ULS Technology PLC and managing director of Legal & General Surveying Services (LGSS) and brings with him a wealth of industry experience. In recognition of his contribution to the property industry, he was awarded an honorary Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Fellowship in 2012.
Ryan Power, SDL Property Auctions
SDL Property Auctions has appointed Ryan Power as regional new business manager to target London and the South. With more than 15 years in roles with Barnard Marcus and Chancellors, he said: “I’ve been in the property industry for all of my working life, both in estate agency and land development, but I am now a complete convert to the auctions method.”
