Jane Yolland, Lovell

Lovell has welcomed Jane Yolland as a regional sales director to its growing East Anglia region. Originally from New Zealand, she brings a wealth of expertise after spending 20 years in the new homes industry, starting as a sales adviser and since promoted through the roles of field sales manager, sales manager and sales director before joining Lovell.

Nick Legget, Mulbury

Mulbury has promoted Nick Legget from senior development manager to the role of development director. He joined the Cheshire-based company in 2017 and said: “My three years at Mulbury have been an incredible ride. I’m proud to have been given the opportunity of a more senior role.” The developer is on site with 10 other residential developments across the region.

Andrew Wyllie, Persimmon

Persimmon has announced the appointment of Andrew Wyllie CBE to its Board as an independent non-executive director. He was most recently chief executive of Costain Group Plc for a period of 14 years, retiring in 2019, and previously managing director of Taylor Woodrow Construction. He serves as a non-executive director of Yorkshire Water and BMT Group Ltd.

Tom Moore, Yourkeys

Yourkeys has appointed Tom Moore as account manager. He joins with experience in proptech, commercial property and estate agency, where he started in London with Fraser and Co. Having previously worked for Nested.com when it was a proptech start-up, he will work with Yourkeys clients to ensure they use the software to its full potential.
