Andrew Toogood, Strutt & Parker
Andrew Toogood has been promoted to head of new homes for Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire by Strutt & Parker. He joined the agent in 2010 and quickly rose to the position of land and new homes manager. Charlotte Moxon, head of regional new homes, describes Toogood as: “A great asset to our new homes team and to all of the developers he works with.”
Two appointments, Buildots
Construction technology specialist Buildots has expanded its London management team. Senior project manager Patrick Scannell is an engineering graduate who has worked for Clune Construction in New York and CBRE in London. Customer success manager Sophie Morris is an experienced civil engineer who has worked on major construction projects with Mace Construction.
