Scottish housebuilder, Mactaggart & Mickel Homes has lodged reserved matters planning permission for their first English site at Milton under Wychwood in Witney, Oxfordshire. Another detailed planning application for a second English site at East Challow in Oxfordshire is expected to be lodged in the coming weeks.
