Green Lighting Ltd. have been awarded The Queen’s Award for Enterprise: Innovation 2016, for the second time in the company’s history. The organisation received the award, the UKs highest accolade for business, for its unique customer service charter, The Green Lighting Deal.
The Green Lighting Deal was designed to support the developer, maintaining openness with a clear route to market and trust by taking responsibility for its products, both pre and post installation, including their two-year warranty with a unique first year labour support service.
“I would like to thank our clients, suppliers and in particular the team at Green Lighting for all their support in helping us achieve our Queen’s Award,” said Managing Director, Anthony Ottway. “Our sales and support team set out to change the way ‘snag lists’ were dealt with, taking responsibility for all of our products, pre and post installation. In busy times, resolving customer care issues can sometimes take longer than expected, thus resulting in frustration for the customer.
