A Residential Property Management job in Cambridge working as part of a regional business unit and with responsibility for circa 28 sites across the region.

Our client is one of the UK’s largest residential property management companies, with a portfolio of over 80,000 homes and which works closely with many the countries national and regional house builders.

An opportunity now exists for a Property Manager to join our client’s Southern England regional team, a home based role with the requirement to travel to sites at typically twice a week.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Residential block management of a large portfolio of properties
  • Management of maintenance, servicing and liaising with contractors
  • Setting of budgets and charges
  • Selecting and negotiating costs with external contractors
  • Management of service charges and leases
  • Travel between sites

Required Skills & Experience

  • Previous residential block management experience
  • Working knowledge of fire risks associated with cladding and compartmentation
  • Lease hold property management experience
  • Working knowledge of leases and service charges
  • Excellent organisational and administrations skills

Desirable Skills

  • Previous experience working on city centre sites
  • Previous experience working with new clients and phased handovers
  • AIRPM/MIRPM qualified
  • A recognised property management qualification

Salary & Package

  • £30,000 (Inclusive of car allowance)
  • 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays (Additional 2 days given for excellent attendance)
