About the role

We are looking for a Facilities Supervisor located in the stunning head office at Ringwood. You will be responsible for managing the general upkeep and maintenance of the Head Office, ensuring the building meets HS&E regulations, along with managing central services and Reception.

Main duties will include but are not limited to, supporting all Company’s office buildings and premises to ensure they function effectively on a day-to-day basis.  To provide a safe, efficient and comfortable working environment for staff.  You will be responsible for building maintenance, utilities infrastructure and associated contract management as well as managing consumable and stationery purchasing function and Health and Safety in the offices.

You will need to be able to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders of all levels and have a full practical working and technical knowledge of the Group’s Offices will be required.

Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.30pm and Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm. 

About you

It’s important that you have experience of overseeing a similar facilities team with a practical knowledge of maintaining a commercial building.  You will have excellent attention to detail, excellent organisation skills and be an effective communicator. 

You will also have experience negotiating technical supply contracts and a good knowledge of H&S and environmental legislation.

You will be a proven problem solver and be comfortable making decisions to ensure you respond promptly to the needs of the business.
