Senior Technical Manager

Our client is a forward thinking land promoter who are now looking to appoint a Senior Technical Manager to be based in East Anglia.

The role will be responsible for managing and coordinating all technical matters from land appraisal and feasibility to the point of disposal of the land or built form.

As a member of the Development Team, you will manage and co-ordinate all technical matters relating to projects assigned to you. You will be qualified to HNC level in a construction related disciplines and ideally have at least 10 years post qualification technical experience. This experience will have been gained whilst working for either consultants, house builders, developers or contractors. You will have a good working knowledge of technical matters related to all aspects of mixed-use development and have a good understanding of the whole process from land appraisal to the disposal of the land or built form. You will have excellent communication and co-ordination skills and be a self-motivated,  educated, hard-working team player who is also able to work autonomously.
