Interactive web solutions

New home 3D interactive site plans can be developed on our system.  The start point is a detailed plan of the development, including the topography, materials layout and landscape plans so that we can develop a truly representative interactive site plan. The interactive site plan can also be combined with live data feeds from our client systems.

Futurium can develop solutions to stream live data to our 3D assets for site plans, configurator technology, BIM and working with our clients’ existing data structure. We recommend improvements and changes to enable our clients and their customers to make more informed decisions. Relevant information is visualised and available at the tap of the screen. Analytics can also be integrated into projects.

Services

Interactive 3D plans can be developed in the same way for large engineering or construction developments. The Futurium system can also be utilised for Master Planning of garden villages or towns and large apartment blocks.

Service and maintenance

All assets can be hosted by Futurium together with supporting software.

Updates and adjustments to 3D assets and site plans can be made remotely by Futurium and updated directly to different devices in different geographical locations.

Project management of 3D asset development and project master plans can also be made remotely and approved by using shared screen technology with multiple departments or stakeholders in the development process.
