We take our weekly look at some of the appointments and promotions across the housebuilding industry and its supply chain.

Jason Schofield, Generator Group

Jason Schofield of Generator GroupGenerator Group has appointed Jason Schofield to the role of development director of its South West division. He has many years’ experience in senior positions across a wide range of sectors. He will be overseeing current developments such as Huller & Cheese and new regeneration projects including Redcliffe Wharf in Bristol city centre.

 

Tom Casey, Golding Homes

Tom Casey of Golding HomesMaidstone-based Golding Homes has a new director of development and sales. Previously head of partnerships and joint ventures with Optivo, Tom Casey has over 15 years of housing industry experience, including mhs homes and Amicus Horizon. He said: “Golding has a great reputation for building quality homes.”

 

Dave Sheridan, ilke Homes

Dave Sheridan of ilke HomesAmbitious modular homes specialist ilke Homes now has Dave Sheridan as executive chairman, succeeding Björn Conway, until the company appoints a new CEO. He launched ilke in 2016 and has a wealth of experience in housebuilding including the most senior roles at Keepmoat Group and Engie Regeneration.

 

Three appointments, Thomas & Adamson

Heather Holbrook, John McGuinness and Greig Fenton of Thomas & AdamsonThere are three newly promoted members of the senior management team at construction and property consultancy Thomas & Adamson. Heather Holbrook becomes regional director within the company’s cost management division, while John McGuinness and Greig Fenton now both have the role of associate director, building surveying.

 

Nicki Reid, Barratt Developments

Nicki Reid of BDW ExeterBDW Exeter has named Nicki Reid as its new sales director to oversee developments across Somerset, Devon and Cornwall. She has worked for the company for 17 years, starting as sales advisor, and has worked at four regional divisions in that time. “I’m delighted to have worked my way up the ladder,” she said.

 

Jake Wilson, Hayfield

Jake Wilson of HayfieldHousebuilder Hayfield has appointed Jake Wilson as its brand manager. He has had nearly ten years of marketing experience since graduating from the University of Winchester in 2010 and from 2014 he was a graphic and digital designer for housebuilding sector specialists HD Marketing, for whom Hayfield is one of the clients.

 

Jeremy Gee, Beauchamp Estates

Jeremy Gee of Beauchamp EstatesBeauchamp Estates has appointed Jeremy Gee as its new managing director. He comes with 36 years’ experience in the estate agency, new homes and Prime London residential marketplace, including time as a partner in Benham and Reeves, an 18-year partnership with Trevor Abrahmsohn and two years on the Board of Fairview New Homes.

 

Philip Jenkins, Catalyst

Philip Jenkins of Catalyst Catalyst has appointed a new executive director for development. Philip Jenkins joins in July 2019, previously working as MD for Taylor Wimpey Central London. He will lead the association’s new housebuilding programme, which has ambitions to deliver up to 1,300 homes per year after the acquisition of Aldwyck in May.

 

Four appointments, Lovell Homes

Toni Boden, Lily Crossley, Emma Burrows and Becca Greenwood of LovellThe Eastern region of Lovell Homes has brought in four women to roles in its sales team. Toni Boden, with 15 years’ experience, is regional sales manager and will help recruit a growing regional team; Lily Crossley has come in as marketing coordinator; Emma Burrows is now sales coordinator; and Becca Greenwood is in as field sales manager.

 

John Hardy, Jones Homes

John Hardy of Jones HomesJones Homes has promoted land director John Hardy to a group role overseeing land acquisition in its North West, Lancashire and Yorkshire regional offices. At 20-years-old, he joined the company in 2006 as a land buyer in the North West and climbed the career ladder to become divisional land director in 2015.
