Proptech company Yourkeys win Best Tech Start Up 2018

Their disruptive platform, which transforms the way new-build properties are bought and sold, beat 840 submissions to win the coveted award. The GoTech Awards are renowned for being the ‘Oscars’ of innovation and the tech start-up community, attracting tech entrepreneurs and investors.

Yourkeys are set to shake up the property industry by allowing buyers to purchase their new homes online, from start to finish, from anywhere in the world. Furthermore, they have transformed the antiquated process that has been in place for decades by providing control, oversight and transparency at all 64 stages of the buying journey.

Yourkeys is not only a tech platform, it’s also an operating hub, for all stakeholders in the process including mortgage brokers, estate agents, marketing suite staff and house buyers. The platform has digitised the entire sales process with all parties viewing a live timeline, with all steps clearly highlighted in the sales progression and where they can communicate directly with each other.

It is a one stop shop that allows the new build house developers to sell directly to the consumer and allows the consumer control over the entire process from initial browsing and selection, right the way through to exchange of contracts and legal completion.

CEO, Craig Massey, said, “A huge thank you to the 20 judges in the GoTech Awards, who stated we won, due to our disruptive technology and robust business model and we’re humbled to be chosen first, out of 840 submissions. Winning the top award of Best Tech Start Up 2018, is simply fantastic – and great validation of our whole team.”

A completely new tech system, Yourkeys clearly sets out the selling process for new homes in a clear linear timeline via your own private online portal. Both the consumer and the developer will have access to the portal whereby each party can monitor the progression of the sale.
