Making a home a reality.  That’s when it hits home.

We have an amazing opportunity for a Sales Executive to manage all sales activity on our brilliant Centenary Quay new homes development site on the banks of the River Itchen in the Woolston waterside area of Southampton.  You’ll be selling our fabulous 1 and 2 bed apartments, surrounded by beautiful courtyards, gardens and fabulous views of the river. Plus there are a wealth of shops and restaurants to tear you away on your lunch break!  This is a fabulous opportunity to join our award winning team (did you know we’re winners of best house at the What House Awards 2018?) and to make a big difference to the lives of our customers moving into their brand sparkly new home.

You’ll manage all sales activity on site from legal set up through to sales completion. This will include managing all leads for your scheme including carrying out viewings, securing reservations and progressing sales.  You’ll also work collaboratively with Home Group solicitors to ensure they have all legal documentation to produce legal packs and progress sales.

You’ll be using your sparkly personality and awesome customer service skills to provide a first class service that delights our customers and internal colleagues.  You’ll be reporting to Anne our Sales Manager, working with Bella and Sean who make up our South West sales team.  The team are full of new ideas and energised to work together to hit our targets. They are a real supportive bunch, sharing experiences and the latest updates happening in sales and marketing.  They also love a good social get together, especially after their team meetings.  They are super passionate about selling our fabulous range of new homes, so if this is your passion too you’ll really fit in here.

A bit about you

With a passion for new home sales and achieving sales targets, you’ll have a background in property sales in a new homes or estate agency environment, including knowledge of affordable tenure products and outright sale. You'll be able to hit the ground running as you'll know all about the financial requirements to buy, including mortgage processes and financial assessments. You’ll be self-motivated, an energised team member with excellent organisational skills. If you’re brilliant at building relationships with your customers which lead to a deal ‘close’, then this is the icing on the cake (or should we say the sold sign on the door!).

We’ll sometimes need you to travel to our different sites or to our office in Reading or London for team meetings, so ideally you’ll have a driving licence and access to a car which we will pay your business mileage for travel.
