Role: Senior Town Planner

Location: London

Salary: £30,000-£40,000 per annum (Depending on experience) + Attractive Benefits Package.

Penguin Recruitment is thrilled to be working with a commercial and residential property heavyweight in recruiting a Senior Town Planner. One of the UK and Irelands leading and most progressive property consultancies with over 40 offices and 1,700 staff are searching for an experienced Planner to join their ever-growing team.

Duties in the role:

-Working with a wide range of clients, managing expectations and adhering to time limits.

-Project managing a wide range of planning submissions.

-Maintaining a good understanding of policies relating to residential, commercial and rural schemes.

-Meeting clients on a regular basis, offering the very best advice on a range of proposals.

-Producing staff reports.

-Attending and leading meetings with both clients and colleagues.

-Supporting the directors where necessary.

The successful candidate will:

-Be experienced within the private sector.

-Have excellent communication skills, bother literate and verbal.

-Have a fantastic understanding of the UK planning system.

-Be comfortable in dealing with your own applications from start to finish.

-Be ambitious, highly committed and very enthusiastic.
