About the role
It is exciting times here at Churchill Retirement Living as we have bold growth plans. Due to this, we are looking for a talented trainer to lead our newly created Academy to coach our large Sales and Lodge Manager teams. The role will take a lead in developing our in-house Academy, as well as being on hand for day to day training requirements for our Sales and Lodge Manager teams.
The role will be critical to equip our Sales Executives and Lodge Managers to be the best they can be by providing them with the skills to increase the satisfaction levels for our Customers through the sales process and in turn increase our sales and service performance.
You will be fully educating our new colleagues in ‘the Churchill way’ through an induction programme, inspiring them to perform and coaching them throughout their career.
You will be required to design and deliver our training courses for groups and individuals, which will include induction for new starters through to refresher courses for our existing colleagues. You may also coach individuals on a one-to-one basis who may require additional training and support.
You will also work closely with our In-House Academy Recruiter to ensure excellence in talent selection to support the Academy, working to set project plans.
Hours of work are Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5.30pm and Friday, 9am to 5pm.
The role is based in our stunning Head Office in Ringwood, but will require some travel.
You will be an inspirational trainer and coach, and will know how to motivate others, understand the science of the sales process and service delivery and be able to produce creative ideas to bring ensure the Academy is delivered with excellence.
Your communication and presentation skills will be confident, clear and precise and you will also have enthusiasm, influencing and interpersonal skills.
You will have strong IT skills and confident putting a presentation together.
You must have previous experience of training, preferably in an Academy arena or similar. An understanding of new homes sales and sales ideas would be desirable. A relevant professional qualification would also be desirable.
