Customer Experience Manager
ACR have registerd and outstanding opporutnity for a Customer Experince Manager working with one of the UK's most recoginsed housing developers. Working out of there East London based head office.
The position is that of a Customer Experience Manager based on site - completely customer facing, reporting into the construction team, managing the customer journey. An operational hands on position, settling our customers into their new homes and dealing with the aftercare in the months following on from legal completion.
The business will allocate the CEM's to projects as required by completions within the London region. The succesful individaul will have to have exeprince working as a Customer Experince Manager for a residnetial developer.
