About the Client 
My client is a major, highly focused strategic land company who operate nationally. They acquire both residential & commercial sites which they either develop or add value to and sell on. The business is targeted in their approach and have an outstanding reputation for their commerciality and entrepreneurialism and have quick decision making processes which enable quick movement when necessary.

About the Role 
Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for identification, leading the due diligence and then acquisition of major strategic development sites. You will use your understanding of the land market and contact base to intelligently identify potential development sites and then utilise both the in-house and external resource to assess these sites then use your negotiation skills to secure on a commercial basis.

Personal Requirements 
You are a dynamic, self-starter who has a second-to-none network of contacts particularly those with larger, strategic sites. You are an excellent negotiator who takes care to maintain and nurture strong relationships with your network. You are an entrepreneurial individual who can see “the angle” and are able to develop a business case to secure a site.
