Miller Homes is offering 100 per cent part exchange on the ‘Deveron’ house type at its Scholars Way scheme.Located in St Helens, Merseyside, the Deveron is a double-fronted, five-bedroom, detached ‘executive’ home with bay and dormer windows. Gillian Gardiner, sales manager, said of the part-exchange scheme: “The offer is perfect for people wanting to move without having to worry about selling their current house, preparing HIPs or dealing with estate agents. They won’t be caught in a chain and customers don’t have the stress of trying to coordinate the sale and purchase.” She added that if a customer’s home is worth £308,000 or less, they would pay an additional £132,000 for the Deveron.
