Masterdor door-sets are adding a touch of 'London chic' to 18 new townhouses in Rhuddlan, North Wales. When building the townhouses, K&C Building Contractors wanted to create properties that wouldn't look out of place in the finest boroughs of London and so a high specification of fixtures and fittings was required.

Jason Davis at K&C Building Contractors, says: "Heat loss was also a factor and because Manse Masterdor door-sets consistently achieve the highest exposure category in testing we were reassured that we would be provided with one of the most airtight door sets on the market. This is advantageous to our customers as effective weather sealing will help to reduce their energy usage and costs."

Manse Masterdor ltd provides the largest range of Secured by Design and Sold Secure certified door-sets on the market. Masterdors exceed PAS23/24 BSi tests, meet the requirements of Part M of the building regulations, and fire-check versions have also been successfully tested to BS476 Part 22.
