Buxton Homes – London

Gedling Mission Hall Work has commenced on the Gedling Mission Hall development, a £5 million scheme designed by Weston Williamson Architects for Buxton Homes.
The mixed use project comprises commercial use at ground floor level, with 38 residential units above. Of these units 13 are affordable properties. Weston Williamson have worked closely with Southwark Council to ensure that there is a proportionate mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units, meeting local authority policy and offering a diverse range of high quality flats.

Situated on a tight island site along Jamaica Road, London SE1, the innovative design reflects the local context while achieving a contemporary look and feel. Gedling Mission Hall is expected to be completed in early 2009.
