Lowry Homes – Liverpool

VictoriaGatePearson Houses.jpg Lowry Homes’ most recent development, Victoria Gate in North Huyton, Liverpool, will soon see construction starting on two showhouses – a Pearson two-bedroom semi-detached and a Mulroney three-bedroom semi-detached.
Lowry claims to have enjoyed good sales levels so far, as part of a consortium of builders on the development which is collectively known as REVIVE and is made up of Lowry Homes, Haslam Homes and Gleeson Homes.

Diane Smith, Lowry’s Sales Manager, is convinced it is still a good time to invest in a new home. “Contrary to popular belief there are still some very good mortgage deals available for the type of attractive new homes we’re building in North Huyton,” she said. “We held a weekend advice clinic recently, where clients were invited to discuss their requirements and it came as a surprise to many of them that 95% mortgages are still available. Add to this the fact that mortgage repayment rates still represent a lower percentage of average annual earnings than they did in the 1980’s and it becomes clear that making the buying decision makes good sense.”

Prices are exceptionally keen at Victoria Gate, with two-bedroom homes starting from £89,995, and three-bedroom properties from £114,995.
