The group operates through five strong regional bands: Linden Homes, Linden London Developments, Stamford Homes, Midas Homes and Gerald Wood Homes. Covering Cornwall to Lincolnshire and from Southampton to South Yorkshire, our projects range from small, traditionally styled designs to major housing and mixed-use developments.
Reporting to Regional Directors, this challenging and diverse role will include brand management to ensure adherence to corporate guidelines; managing and co-ordinating new initiatives and sharing best practice by way of attending marketing meetings and supporting the regional businesses in a challenging market; managing and reviewing the housebuilding website in respect to content, new initiatives and managing our unique in-house customer management system.
