Poliform has created a walk-in closet designed to maximize storage and organization of clothes. The contemporary design, named Senzafine, includes various accessories and containers including trays, drawers, extractable shoe racks, shirts tray and built in lamps.The system is made of standard widths and heights combined to meet requirements for space and storage, although bespoke options are also available.
A dressing room of 3 x 4 x 3 meters 'U' shape starts at £6,000 to £ 12,000 depending on the internal specification. Poliform offer a free design service on submission of measurements and then a site survey as well as full delivery and installation of the product.

Ecotherm insulations

CDA is launching the 'next generation' of exciting new products into the marketplace. Each product has been designed with meticulous attention to detail. The SV450 Compact Combination Oven can be used alone or accompanied by the SVW140 Warming Drawer, creating a complete cooking solution.
The SV450 compact, approximately £505, combination oven incorporates a fan oven, microwave and grill functions. These can be used in various combinations and also included is a quick defrost and a fifteen minute 'keep warm' facility. This appliance has twelve auto cook preset cooking programmes and a double level cooking capacity.
The fan operated SVW140 Warming Drawer, approximately £330, accommodates 6 place settings and can hold up to 25 kg in weight, with temperature levels ranging from 30¡ to 85¡ perfect for crockery and even food warming.

The stylish yet functional designs can suit modern, contemporary and classic kitchens. Prices vary, but the most expensive model, Essenza 1.5 bowl sit in, is £748. It is suitable for laminate or solid surfaces. With dimensions of 595 x 625 millimetres and a minimum base unit of 600 millimetres. The set of Orb round bowl and Vida tap is only £189. With a diameter of 350 millimetres, and a stainless steel finish, this is suitable for a secondary sink option.

GRAFIK Eye QS - lighting control system
Taking its lead from Lutron's flagship GRAFIK Eye system, GRAFIK Eye QS takes the product to the next level with new features that build on the original's technology. With ease of installation, programming and integration built into the system, the new additions aim to ensure that QS becomes the integrated lighting control system of choice for small to medium applications among lighting designers, specifiers and installers.
Additions to the original GRAFIK Eye design include a more advanced user interface and automatic control of as many as three groups of Lutron's Sivoia QS motorised shades and curtains, enabling daylight sensing and corresponding energy savings to be built into the system. Zip HydroTap
The Zip HydroTap can deliver instant freshly filtered boiling and chilled water from the same unit, and is available in a brushed stainless steel finish. Unlike conventional taps it does not have to be installed on or near a sink, as its unique font with integral drainer means that it can be positioned virtually anywhere plumbing is available. In conjunction with Brita, Zip is able to offer a specialist filter which prevents the build up of limescale, further improving the quality of water.
