The mayor of Lancaster, who was guest of honour at the opening of Persimmon Homes new show apartments at Aalborg Place, welcomed the new development to the city.Aalborg Place comprises a mix of 119 one- and two-bedroom apartments, eight studio flats and 12 duplexes. Each apartment benefits from a balcony either overlooking the canal or the commercial courtyard, and most of the apartments come complete with an allocated parking space with electric gate entry system and voice activated security systems.
The development is situated in central location, and prices start from just £94,950.
