Hopkins Homes – Suffolk
Hopkins Homes is launching Tibby’s Triangle, a development of 34 modern new houses and apartments in the historic town, of Southwold. The development is located on the site of the former Adnam’s Brewery, just minutes from the beach and the town centre.Tibby’s Triangle, located off Victoria Street, comprises one-, to five-bedroom apartments and houses. The design of the properties is bold, with angular lines, varied roof elevations and cleverly designed balconies, terraces and roof terraces integrated into most properties.
Claire Richards, head of sales and marketing, Hopkins Homes, comments: “Southwold is consistently rated as being one of Britain’s most popular seaside towns and it is therefore not surprising that homes here are highly sought after. Tibby’s Triangle is bringing something completely new to the local housing market, in that it has a striking, edgy design and comprises a range of different sized properties, from quirky one-bedroom apartments to spacious three-storey, five-bedroom homes, right in the centre of town.”
