Plans for a high specification gated apartment development, in Whalley Range, have been announced by Crosby Lend Lease. The new development – Orban – will offer one- and two-bedroom apartments in Whalley Range, identified as one of Manchester’s up and coming locations.Commenting on Crosby’s plans for Orban, sales and marketing director Peter Vella says: “Whalley Range is attracting a growing population keen to enjoy the benefits of living close to the city as well as benefiting from being close to Chorlton and Didsbury where life has a constant buzz and vibrancy.”
