Rupert founded Show House magazine in 1995. He has been a property journalist for 20 years, writing regularly on UK and overseas property for The Daily Telegraph. He hosts the annual What House? Awards and is a property expert on national television and radio. Rupert is also property correspondent of The Field magazine and a sports writer for The Sunday Telegraph. Email Rupert.




Kate Hamilton, Editor

Kate began her career as a sub editor at a daily newspaper in Auckland. Since moving back to the UK in 2000 she has specialised in property journalism, working on a range of industry titles from International Construction to Homes Overseas. She has also freelanced for numerous publications including MedLife, easyJet Magazine, Executive Golf and the Mail on Sunday. Email Kate.




Natalia Gameson, Assistant Editor

Natalia is an experienced trade and consumer property journalist. After stints at Which? Online and a local newspaper, she now works on Show House magazine ­ and Show House online ­ writing news and features specialising in sustainable, business, affordable housing and design issues. She has also freelanced for a wide range of publications including The Daily Mail, Headline Property, Jet to Let and The Italian Magazine. Email Natalia.




Marc Da-Silva, News Editor

National property journalist, Marc Da-Silva, has worked in the property industry for over ten years. After gaining a media & journalism degree in 2004, he joined Property Investor News as assistant editor. He has since written for a host of national newspapers, magazines and websites, including the Times and Sunday Business Post. Nicole Rapaport, Editorial Assistant

Before joining the Show House team Nicole freelanced for the Evening Standard, ES Magazine and Grove Magazine. She has a degree from King’s College London in Spanish and completed her NCTJ prelims in 2007. Nicole has also worked at an orphanage in the Dominican Republic and at a corporate intelligence city firm. Email Nicole.
