Emma Freeman has joined Bryant Homes' London branch as sales and marketing director.
Freeman, who has spent twelve years working in the property business, moves over from a previous role at George Wimpey City. Following the firm's merger with Taylor Woodrow, Taylor Wimpey is strengthening Bryant Homes' London branch. Freeman will now be based at the firm's Watford office.

Russell West has joined Silver Homes as construction director as part of the firm's major expansion programme.
West moves over to the firm's Sussex office in Crowborough from Charles Church and Laing Homes, where he has spent the last ten years.

Sue Hull, Westbury Homes' former regional director, has joined Banner Homes Midlands as sales director.
Hull, who started her career in the property industry in the 1980s after designing and building her own house, will now be working alongside Mark Booth, Banner's regional managing director.

"I'm delighted Sue has agreed to join us," said Booth. "These are exciting times with the division growing rapidly as our reputation throughout the industry continues to strengthen. To have someone with Sue's passion and experience makes a great addition to our team, and I'm looking forward to working with her."

Banner Homes Midlands was formed after the firm's acquisition of Dodd Homes in February. The company now boasts a portfolio of nine developments, comprising 267 homes. The firm employs over 200 people on a national basis and has a turnover of £100 million.



Andrew Antoniades has joined Savills' corporate team as an associate director.
Antoniades, who has four years' experience in property, moves over from PriceWaterhouseCoopers where he has worked in the real estate advisory service over the last year. Prior to this, he worked on Deloitte's real estate, tourism and leisure group. He will now be based at Savills' West End office at 20 Grosvenor Hill.

"Andrew's expertise as a chartered accountant will expand our current skills set to work on the commercial side of the business," said Andrew Causer, Savills' director of corporate finance. "This will be especially useful when dealing with the increasing mergers and acquisitions opportunities in our sector."



Knight Frank has made two key appointments to its south-east residential development team.
Tony Way joined the firm in Guildford as an associate following four years at Savills, and is responsible for residential development valuations and land sales. Way, who has a background in public sector disposals, brings a wealth of local area knowledge and contacts to the role.

Browyn Dunning has moved over from Cluttons to take up the role of senior surveyor. "I welcome the opportunity to work as a firm as internationally reputable as Knight Frank," she said of her new position. "The broad scope of experience I've gained in roles in both the private and public sector will complement the firm's existing progressive and ambitious residential team."

"We're delighted to welcome both Tony and Bronwyn to our growing team," added Hugh Stuttaford, partner and head of Knight Frank's south-east residential development land team. "Their appointments form an important part of our wider strategy to expand across the Home Counties and the south-east, working with our new homes sales team to strengthen the entire residential development department. We're currently working on a broad range of sites which will bring an interesting mix of much-needed new housing to the south-east."



West Properties has appointed James Blakey as planning director.

Moving over to West Properties from United Utilities, the only FTSE 100 company in the north-west, where he spent five years as head of planning and major projects, Blakey boasts 16 years of property industry experience, having previously worked as director of planning at CBRE.

Based in Manchester, Blakey will take on a national role in his new job, which will involve managing major planning applications, controlling his own department and recruiting key personnel as the company continues to expand, while overseeing the sustainable issues each project throws up.

"I'm delighted to be joining a property company with a clear drive to deliver quality mixed-use regeneration coupled with a strong focus on sustainable and environmentally sensitive development. Affordable housing developer Lovell has appointed Jenny Bright as regional sales manager for its East Anglia division.
Bright moves over from Allison Homes Eastern, part of the Kier Group, where she worked as sales manager. In her new role, Bright will be based at Lovell's regional office in Norwich, and is now responsible for sales and marketing for the company's schemes in East Anglia.

"Jenny's expertise makes her an extremely strong addition to our team in East Anglia, where we're expanding our open market sales site," said Simon Medler, Lovell's regional director.

Lovell, a member of the Morgan Sindall construction and regeneration group, has offices in numerous locations nationally, including Birmingham, Bristol, Cambridge, Cardiff, Glasgow, Newcastle, London and Nottingham.



Luxury London residential estate agency Henry and James has appointed two new lettings and sales negotiators.
Nicola Fowler, previously a private property finder and lettings manager at Foxtons in Notting Hill, will now take a senior lettings negotiator role at the Belgravia-based firm, while Nicole Wilson, a former account manager in corporate lettings.

"I'm very pleased with the natural expansion of the lettings team of Henry and James which has grown from three to six full-time staff in just over a year," said Dairin Garnier, the firm's head of lettings. "Our new employees have drive and enthusiasm for the luxury lettings market, as well as second languages, and are all very valuable additions to Henry and James."

The firm's sales division, now led by Phyllida Poltock, head of sales, has also recruited two new members of staff. Matthew Shenton, formerly sales manager at St James Homes, joins Henry and James, while the team's new negotiator Catherine Trimboll has been promoted from the role of sales administrator.
"I'm delighted to have Matthew and Catherine as part of the team," added Poltock. "I'm confident they'll deliver an efficient, discreet and productive service to all our clients who are looking to buy a home."
Over the last eighteen months, Henry and James has expanded its lettings services beyond Belgravia to South Kensington, Chelsea, Knightsbridge and Mayfair.



Emily Carwardine has joined Barratt South Wales as sales manager.
Cawardine (28) joins Barratt after working for developers such as Redrow and David Wilson. After taking a seven-month break to travel around the world, Cawardine decide to apply to Barratt for a sales manager position. She will now be working on the launch of Barratt's iPads@Cardiff Central project, as well as the firm's new Highfield Chase scheme in Glamorgan and Maes y Fynnon in Abercynon.

"It's going brilliantly," she told Show House. "There's a lot to learn, and every day brings a new challenge, which is just what I wanted. I'm enjoying every minute."

"This year we're building 600 new homes in South Wales, a figure set to rise to 900 by 2010," said Sandra Dixon, Barratt's sales director. "South Wales has tremendous potential for us, and the demand from first-time buyers through to couples and families is constantly rising. It's important that we have the right people in place to meet this demand - we're confident that Emily will be a strong asset to the team."



Lucia Dazeley has joined Encore New Homes as a new homes sales negotiator.
Dazeley moves over from a marketing role with Hills Road development The Belvedere.



Kent-based developer Asprey Homes has appointed Karen Tibbs as the firm's new sales manager.
Tibbs moves over from previous roles at Antler, Rydon, Bellway and Croudace. "I've heard many positive comments about Asprey Homes, so I welcomed the chance to work with such an innovative company," said Tibbs. "The quality of the product speaks for itself and I'm delighted to be promoting it."
