ATAG has introduced a range of Graphite Black cooker hoods to complement its line-up of Graphite Black ovens and hobs.
The Graphite Black hoods can be either wall or chimney mounted and make use of ATAG's patented Air Logic technology, which gives maximum extraction while using the least amount of power. ATAG's Air Logic filters are made from a special stainless-steel mesh designed to prevent high-pitched whistling at high extraction speeds, and can be washed in the dishwasher. The unit's motor is mounted on rubber suspension blocks to further minimise vibration and noise.

ATAG cooker hoods can also be specified with an external motor for increased extraction performance, and re-circulation extraction systems are also available.
Ellis Bardsley, business development director said of the new Graphite Black Line: "The range gives the designer and kitchen specialist an innovative and distinguishable range of appliances, in a sophisticated and elegant finish that harmonises and integrates beautifully with kitchens."

FIRED EARTH, the bathroom, kitchen and tile manufacturer, has unveiled its new range of black terracotta floor tiles.
The darker tile has been created by combining a unique black earth with a classic earth. The resulting black terracotta is then fashioned individually into tiles in a variety of sizes including 40 x 40 cm, 30 x 30 cm and 15 x 30 cm. These can then be used to make a floor that is suitable for both contemporary and traditional settings.

GLIDEVALE, manufacturer of the Sunscoop domed tubular rooflight, has developed an 'in-plane' version that discreetly increases natural daylight in dark rooms and passages.
Suitable for Sunscoop 250, 350 and 530mm diameter systems, Sunscoop In-Line(r) fits virtually flush to the roof and is therefore unobtrusive once installed. The roof-mounted glazing catches natural light, reflecting it down through silvered tubes, ducted through the roofspace and ceilings, and into the room below.

Research undertaken by Silsoe Research Institute shows a single 250mm diameter Sunscoop with 2.5m tubing gives more than four times the amount of light of a single 60W bulb on a bright day with direct sunlight, without any of the energy consumption or heat generation, effectively creating a light source indoors without any requirement for electrical wiring and connections.

For conservation areas and older properties, Glidevale has purpose-designed a Traditional version of Sunscoop In-Line(r), which includes a central glazing bar reminiscent of Victorian cast iron attic rooflights. Both versions are manufactured using a powder-coated aluminium frame with impact resistant, self-cleaning polycarbonate glazing. The ABS baseplate is specially treated with a UV-stable polymeric resin to prevent discolouration over time.

Sunscoop In-Line(r) is available in a range of standard colours and can be colour-matched to specific requirements. The universal styling of Sunscoop In-Line(r) means that no additional flashing kit is required.

Kitchen designer MARK WILKINSON has taken inspiration from the Victorian pantry to create a fully bespoke range of larders for the modern kitchen.
The interior of a Mark Wilkinson larder is configured to suit the exact requirements of the homeowner with a choice of storage options. Popular features are wooden dry goods drawers, lined with easy-clean acrylic, wicker baskets for vegetable storage, bread bins on pull-out runners, shelves designed specifically for can or spice storage and full-width wine racks. There is also the option of a cool marble shelf, which can be used to store butter, eggs and cheese rather than taking up space in the fridge.
Interior storage is easy to access thanks to extra-wide larder doors, which fold back neatly.
